Insulation: The interior is fully lined with 1-inch (25 mm) ceramic blanket insulation. The forge bottom is made from 20 mm firebrick, providing superior strength and durability.
Gas Burner: The five connected DFP burners provide a total output of 400.000 BTU, making them particularly efficient and powerful. With an integrated gas ball valve, you can flexibly choose to use one, two, three, four or all five burners depending on your needs. The nozzles are made of durable 304 stainless steel and have a diameter of 35 mm, enhancing the longevity and efficiency of the system. An adjustable air choke allows for precise control of the air-gas mixture, enabling optimal temperatures of up to 1370°C. The operating pressure range is between 1 and 25 PSI, while the distance between the centers of the burners is 200 mm, ensuring an even distribution of heat within the chamber.
Fuel Options: The burner is designed for use with butane, propane, butane + propane gas, and liquefied gas. Note: It is not suitable for natural gas.
