Insulation: This metal melting furnace is fully lined with 1" /25 mm ceramic wool insulation in the chamber, with 2" /50 mm of ceramic wool in the lid, and a 2" /50 mm of ceramic wool and firebrick base for enhanced strength and extended durability.

Gas Burner: The DFP model (80.000 BTU) offers impressive efficiency and performance. Its 304 stainless steel burner nozzle, with a diameter of 35 mm, enhances durability and efficiency. The burner is equipped with an adjustable air choke that regulates the amount of air mixed with propane during combustion, allowing for maximum temperature achievement. The operational pressure range is between 1 and 25 PSI.

Fuel Options: The burner is designed for use with butane, propane, butane + propane gas, and liquefied gas. Note: It is not suitable for natural gas.
