Insulation: The furnace’s interior is fully lined with 2 inches (50 mm) of ceramic wool for excellent heat insulation and energy efficiency. The furnace lid is also insulated with 2 inches (50 mm) of ceramic wool to reduce heat loss. The furnace bottom is lined with 2.5 to 3 inches (63-76 mm) of ceramic wool and an additional 20 mm firebrick layer, providing maximum stability and durability.

Gas Burner: The burner model DFC (180.000 BTU) is known for its high efficiency and power. The specialized burner nozzle design extends its lifespan and enhances efficiency. The burner nozzle is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, with a nozzle diameter of 50 mm at its top. The gas burner is equipped with an adjustable air choke that regulates the amount of air mixed with the propane during combustion. This air flow regulation helps achieve maximum temperature. The operating pressure range is between 1 and 25 PSI. Additionally, the burner features a gas ball valve for convenient on/off operation.

Fuel Options: The burner is designed for use with butane, propane, butane + propane gas, and liquefied gas. Note: It is not suitable for natural gas.
